To be eligible for nomination, the candidate must be an active member and in good standing with our league.
🗳️ This election cycle includes the following open positions, each serving a 2-year term from October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2027 (covering Seasons 2026–2027):
- Commissioner
Incumbent: Cassie Lloyd / Not Running – Concluding Term
Think of this role as the CEO of the league. The Commissioner oversees league operations, leads meetings, approves expenses, interprets bylaws, and represents SCSL at official events. A crucial leadership position guiding the future of the league. - Assistant Commissioner – Recreational Division
Incumbent: Angela Romanello / Not Running – Concluding Term
Focused on managing the Recreational Division’s teams, this role handles scheduling, player ratings, game rules, protests, and umpire issues while also supporting league membership and events. - Secretary
Incumbent: Harry Caskey / Running for Re-Election
As the league’s organizational backbone, the Secretary maintains records, bylaws, membership info, and meeting minutes, while also leading public relations and internal communication efforts. - Membership Chairperson
Incumbent: Brian Werner / Not Running – Concluding Term
This person helps grow and energize the league through outreach, spring training, and year-round community engagement. They organize events, promote the league, and ensure new members feel welcome.
