NAGAAA Travel Site!
NAGAAATravel.com is a new site that allows you to book travel while benefiting NAGAAA and the Steel City Softball League. Check out the new site at:
Once you access the NAGAAA Travel site, select the Business and Personal Travel tab, scroll and click on Pittsburgh, and then book your travel.
Before you get started on the new NAGAAA Travel site, let me address a few questions that you might have about this new site:
Is there a fee for me to use the site? No, as a NAGAAA Member, this site is being offered to you as a benefit of being a part of NAGAAA.
Is there a travel company connected with this new site? Yes, we are actually connected with Travelocity through this site.
Who is PrideLife? PrideLife is a part of the SPI Marketing group that NAGAAA is working with to assist in our Marketing & Sponsorship efforts.
Is the site only available for NAGAAA members to book their travel? No, you can invite your family, friends and co-workers to use the NAGAAA Travel site. But, the travel commissions earned through using this NAGAAA Travel site will be paid to NAGAAA.
How does my Association collect their commission? NAGAAA will have unlimited access to tracking reports showing the commissions earned and we will distribute commission checks to our member Associations at our NAGAAA Summer and Winter meetings.
What about my Frequent Traveler points earned with my preferred airline, hotel or rental car company? You will continue to earn Frequent Traveler points and this new NAGAAA Travel site will not interfere with any of those programs.
This all seems too easy so there must be a catch? There really is no catch. What we are doing is simply utilizing the strength of our NAGAAA membership numbers to put a comprehensive travel program together and in place. As a NAGAAA member Association, you are part of an international organization that has significant purchasing power through its membership and this travel program is capturing and returning to you a portion of what you are spending on travel.
How do we get started? Get this information out to your members now and direct them to start using this NAGAAA Travel site for all of their travel needs. Additionally, you can go onto the NAGAAA Travel site and download a Travel Widget to put onto your Association’s website so that your membership can easily find and utilize NAGAAA Travel.
